Jacques F. Felix is an author and third-year law student at Howard University School of Law. Growing up in Haiti (a nation with a vibrant cultural and historical heritage), he developed a deep love for storytelling, which has been a guiding force in his life.

In late 2021, he published his debut short story, The Promised Land: A Tale of a Pair of Twins, which is a story about hope, immigration, family, and perseverance. Subsequently, in May 2025, he released the highly anticipated sequel, The Promised Land: Fate of the Twins, which delves deeper into the characters' journey.

As he balances his studies with his creative writing, he strives to make a positive impact through both his legal career and his stories. His experiences in Haiti and his academic journey have profoundly shaped his perspective in life, enriching his writing with unique insights and a strong sense of purpose.
